- Chats & Messaging:
Secure, role-based, and team-based chats with support for text, voice, video, images, and file sharing. Features include quick replies, urgent message escalation, and full audit trails. Messages display status (sent, delivered, read, acknowledged) and time stamps. - Calls:
Integrated audio and video calls (VoIP), with logs, callback, and chat-back options. Accept, reject, or respond to calls directly from the app. Call logs are searchable and archivable. - Broadcasts & Alerts:
Instantly notify individuals or groups with broadcast messages and alerts. Critical alerts escalate per configurable rules, ensuring timely responses for urgent events.
- Patient Profiles:
Access comprehensive patient data, including demographics, care team, ADT status, diagnosis, treatment protocols, prescriptions, and telemetry data. - Care Team Coordination:
Assign, manage, and communicate with care teams for each patient. Manage team roles (attending, nurse, pharmacist, etc.), hand-offs, and on-call status. Escalate alerts and messages based on team configuration and urgency.- Oncall staffs can’t sign off or go silent (they can be on vibrate mode)
- Loss of signal for on-call staff will automatically forward messages as SMS.
